These terms and conditions govern your use of the Real LIFE Foundation Online Donation System. By donating through the Online Donation System, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Methods

The Real LIFE Foundation Online Donation System accepts credit cards and payment through your choice of AsiaPay or PayPal. Billing to your credit card or to your PayPal account occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

The Real LIFE Foundation International Online Donation System accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JBC.

PLEASE NOTE: If a transaction has been declined online due to credit card issues, or issues with your PayPal account, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card or your PayPal account (as the case may be) for your transaction and should use another credit card.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through The Real LIFE Foundation Online Donation System, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to acknowledge receipt of and thank you for your donation and/or send you our Real LIFE Foundation newsletter.

Security and Privacy

The Real LIFE Foundation Online Donation System follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet. When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear will appear in the border area of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".

The Real LIFE Foundation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Real LIFE Foundation Online Donation System at any time. You are also encouraged to review the Real LIFE Foundation Privacy Statement.

Real LIFE Foundation is a Non-stock, Non-Profit charity registered with the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). Real LIFE Foundation is also accredited with the Philippine Council of NGO Certification (PCNC) and is an accredited BIR donee institution in accordance with the provisions of Revenue Regulations No. 13-98. All contributions to it would entitle the donor to full/limited deduction pursuant to National Internal Revenue Code of 1997.
